After Your Treatment

To get the best results, please follow these steps:

• Do not brush or floss for 4 to 6 hours

• Do not eat hard or crunchy foods for a few hours

• Do not rinse your mouth during this time

• Eat soft foods if you need to eat soon after

• Brush before bed as normal

The varnish will naturally wear off by the next day.
